By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
Invoices must be paid within 3 days, or the project may be cancelled. Full payment before I start the work.
Free 3 revisions during the sketch phase.
The client will receive updates in 3 phases: sketch > lineart > flat color. In case of an emergency, the deadline may be extended by 1 week to 2 months. I will notify you as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
I reserve the right to watermark my work. I retain the copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios and more.
I do not consent to my artwork, including sketches, WIPs, and final pieces being used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed any AI/machine learning model, including for style replication or dataset purposes. This applies to all platforms where the work may be shared, including by the client after delivery.
Streaming/content use is allowed free of charge (e.g. as a stream overlay, intro/outro, YouTube videos, etc.) with proper credit to the artist. Merchandise use (e.g. physical or digital products for sale, such as stickers, prints, pins, etc.) is not included by default and requires a separate merchandise usage fee. Please inquire for pricing. Exclusive commercial usage is also available for purchase. This means I won't reuse, resell, or relicense the artwork's commercial rights to anyone else, giving you full peace of mind that your piece stays uniquely tied to your brand/channel.
Refunds are not offered once the artwork has been delivered. If I cannot complete work or there are delays for unforeseen reasons, the client may be eligible for a refund minus transaction fees. If work done up to this point is accepted by the client, then the artist will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work complete.
